You must be 18 years of age or older to participate IN ANY CONTEST, that involves adult concerts, cash, travel, etc. 2. Persons 12 to 20 can participate in general audience contests. 3. KBZE reserves the right to disqualify anyone from any of its contests, for any reason whatsoever. 4. By voluntarily participating in any cash contests, the winner agrees to accept the prize as is,with no warranties or guarantees implied. 5. KBZE reserves the right to change or end any of its contests, at anytime. 6. Contestants are allowed to win only once from the same household per 30 days. 7. KBZE contest winners assume all risks and taxes that may be associated with any of its prizes, and therefore agree to hold KBZE harmless from any injuries, damages or casualties resulting from accepting it. 8. By calling KBZE at 385-6266 or 1-888-640-1059, or by entering an e-mail entry at kbze@petronet.net or thebreeze@petronet.net, to play any of its contests, KBZE winners realize and agree that their voice and or name may be used over-the-air for KBZE's self-promotion. 9. As a winner of any cash prizes, that contestant realizes and agrees that their cash winnings must be redeemed within 30 days from winning the cash, or the contestant realizes they will forfeit their money. 10. Winnings can only be claimed during normal business hours from 10AM to 4PM Monday thru Friday at 1320 Victor II Blvd in Morgan City. 11. Proper photo Identification is required to claim any prize. 12. Unless otherwise specified, contestants may register as often as they like at various remote locations within the KBZE listening area, in order to be eligible to win a prize. 13. Immediate household members of employees or contract employees of KBZE 105.9FM, and IMMEDIATE HOUSEHOLD MEMBERS OF KBZE CLIENTS, ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO WIN ANY PRIZE FROM KBZE 105.9FM. |
